Practice Description
Dr. Rashidi is a board-certified MD in Family Practice and Holistic Medicine since 1987. She provides comprehensive holistic care with an integrated medical approach and special emphasis on nutrition, wellness and women’s health naturally. The center offers: live blood cell testing, reflexology, massage therapy, hypnosis, bone density, naturopathic nutritional counseling,
safe natural weight loss program. All ages are welcome. Specializations: women’s health, prescribing natural hormone replacement and herbal therapies; care of diabetes, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue.

Philosophy
Dr. Rashidi sees her role as a physician to be a consultant, teacher and expert advisor in partnership with her patients. She works with her patients in a preventative approach to optimize health through nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Prior to enrolling in medical school she studied for a Masters degree in
Clinical Nutrition at the University of Illinois, Champaign. She chose to study medicine because of a strong interest in nutrition and a desire to help promote wellness and optimal health.
