Practice and Philosophy

Practice Description
I assist my clients on their wellness journey, through Bowen therapy, various types of energy work, massage, and other practices. Bowen therapy opens the muscles in the body and releases muscle memory and fosters healing in the body. Through the use of various other modalities: cranial sacral, EFT, reflexology, somatic work, acupressure, trigger point therapy, Chakra balancing, and touch therapy the body reconnects and heals itself, through the wellness journey.

Philosophy
I believe that being a caring and listening practitioner for your client will foster wellness. It is also important to have a safe environment to foster that wellness. If you listen the body will speak and give the answers it requires. The mind/body/ spirit connection is important in the healing path.
